Cada um deles altera a forma como o metal se estica e comprime durante a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipo de material e seu impacto<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Os diferentes metais esticam-se de v\u00e1rias formas. Os materiais mais macios, como o alum\u00ednio, dobram-se mais facilmente e requerem menos for\u00e7a. Os metais mais duros, como o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, necessitam de mais for\u00e7a e podem <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/springback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mola de retorno<\/a> mais depois de dobrar.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por exemplo, o alum\u00ednio 5052 dobra-se facilmente e utiliza frequentemente uma margem de dobragem inferior. O a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 304 resiste mais \u00e0 dobragem e requer um raio de dobragem maior para evitar fissuras. A ductilidade e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o do material s\u00e3o fundamentais para a forma como reage sob press\u00e3o.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Se estiver a dobrar a\u00e7o com elevado teor de carbono, ter\u00e1 de adicionar mais toler\u00e2ncia para evitar dobras excessivas ou distor\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a. Tenha sempre em conta as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas do metal.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espessura da chapa met\u00e1lica<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>As chapas mais espessas esticam mais durante a dobragem. \u00c0 medida que a espessura aumenta, a \u00e1rea de dobragem torna-se mais longa. Isto significa que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma maior toler\u00e2ncia de dobragem.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por exemplo, uma chapa de a\u00e7o com 3 mm de espessura dobrada a 90\u00b0 exigir\u00e1 uma margem de curvatura maior do que uma chapa de 1 mm com o mesmo \u00e2ngulo e raio. Eis uma regra geral: \u00e0 medida que a espessura aumenta, aumenta tamb\u00e9m a margem de curvatura.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Uma folha mais grossa tamb\u00e9m desloca o eixo neutro para mais longe da superf\u00edcie interior. Isto afecta diretamente o fator K e torna o padr\u00e3o plano mais longo. Medir ou calcular sempre com base na espessura real.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raio de curvatura e seu significado<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/sheet-metal-bend-radius-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">raio de curvatura<\/a> \u00e9 a curva interior da dobra. Um raio pequeno estica mais a superf\u00edcie exterior, o que aumenta a toler\u00e2ncia da dobra. Um raio maior causa menos alongamento e necessita de menos toler\u00e2ncia.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por exemplo, para dobrar a\u00e7o de 1,5 mm com um raio de 1,5 mm, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma margem de dobragem maior do que para dobrar a mesma chapa com um raio de 3 mm. Os raios pequenos podem provocar fissuras, especialmente em materiais duros.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Uma boa pr\u00e1tica consiste em fazer corresponder o raio de curvatura \u00e0 espessura da chapa. Para o a\u00e7o macio, um raio igual \u00e0 espessura do material (1T) \u00e9 normalmente seguro. No caso do alum\u00ednio, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utilizar um raio mais pequeno, mas no caso do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, considere utilizar um raio de 1,5T ou mais.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c2ngulo de curvatura e como afecta a toler\u00e2ncia<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O \u00e2ngulo de dobragem \u00e9 a dist\u00e2ncia a que a chapa \u00e9 dobrada, medida em graus. Quanto mais acentuado for o \u00e2ngulo, mais o metal se estica. Isto significa que \u00e2ngulos de curvatura maiores necessitam de mais toler\u00e2ncia.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Uma curvatura de 90\u00b0 requer mais material na zona de curvatura do que uma curvatura de 45\u00b0. Uma dobra de 135\u00b0 estica ainda mais e necessita de uma disposi\u00e7\u00e3o plana mais longa.
