O objetivo \u00e9 fabricar pe\u00e7as que sejam f\u00e1ceis de dobrar, cortar e montar sem desperdi\u00e7ar material ou atrasar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma pe\u00e7a bem concebida encaixa bem, funciona bem e controla os custos.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Um bom design torna as pe\u00e7as mais f\u00e1ceis de fabricar e montar. Tamb\u00e9m reduz o desperd\u00edcio. Os projectistas t\u00eam em conta aspectos como a forma como o metal se move quando dobrado ou a facilidade com que uma forma \u00e9 cortada. Um bom planeamento significa menos problemas e custos mais baixos.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Princ\u00edpios de conce\u00e7\u00e3o e melhores pr\u00e1ticas<\/h2><p> <\/p><p>As escolhas sensatas de design ajudam a evitar atrasos e a reduzir custos. Estes princ\u00edpios tornam as pe\u00e7as mais f\u00e1ceis de produzir, mais resistentes e mais fi\u00e1veis.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conce\u00e7\u00e3o para a capacidade de fabrico (DFM)<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Conceber para a capacidade de fabrico significa tornar as pe\u00e7as f\u00e1ceis de produzir com as m\u00e1quinas dispon\u00edveis: curvas simples, tamanhos de orif\u00edcios padr\u00e3o e carater\u00edsticas consistentes ajudam. Evite desenhos profundos ou cantos apertados que necessitem de ferramentas especiais. Utilize raios de curvatura uniformes. Coloque as carater\u00edsticas longe das extremidades para evitar a distor\u00e7\u00e3o durante a dobragem.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evitar erros de conce\u00e7\u00e3o comuns<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Os cantos internos afiados podem rachar durante a dobragem. Pequenos orif\u00edcios perto das curvas podem esticar ou rasgar. Demasiadas dobras aumentam o custo. Colocar as dobras demasiado pr\u00f3ximas umas das outras pode enfraquecer a pe\u00e7a. Estes par\u00e2metros controlam o comportamento do metal durante <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/sheet-metal-bending-a-comprehensive-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">flex\u00e3o<\/a>O seu trabalho \u00e9 feito de forma a garantir que a pe\u00e7a sai com precis\u00e3o e sem defeitos.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raio de curvatura<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O raio de curvatura \u00e9 a curva formada quando a chapa met\u00e1lica se dobra. \u00c9 medido no interior da dobra. A escolha do raio de curvatura correto \u00e9 importante porque um raio demasiado pequeno exerce tens\u00e3o sobre o metal. Isto pode causar fissuras ou rasg\u00f5es.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Uma regra segura \u00e9 utilizar um raio de curvatura igual \u00e0 espessura do metal. Por exemplo, se o seu metal tiver 2 mm de espessura, o raio de curvatura deve ser de, pelo menos, 2 mm.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Um raio ligeiramente maior torna o metal mais f\u00e1cil de dobrar e ajuda a evitar defeitos. Os raios maiores tamb\u00e9m exercem menos tens\u00e3o sobre o metal, aumentando a sua resist\u00eancia e durabilidade ap\u00f3s a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fator K e Fator Y<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Quando a chapa met\u00e1lica se dobra, estica-se no exterior e comprime-se no interior. A <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/sheet-metal-k-factor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fator K<\/a> ajuda-o a prever este comportamento. Um fator K de 0,5 significa que o eixo neutro est\u00e1 a meio da espessura do metal. Factores K mais baixos significam que o eixo neutro est\u00e1 mais pr\u00f3ximo do interior da dobra.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>O fator Y \u00e9 semelhante, mas menos comum. Ajuda a calcular diretamente a margem de dobragem. Ambos os factores garantem que os seus recortes de metal plano se dobram com precis\u00e3o nas suas formas finais.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de dobra e dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de dobra<\/h3><p> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/what-is-bend-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toler\u00e2ncia de dobragem<\/a> indica-lhe o comprimento extra que tem de adicionar \u00e0 folha plana para fazer a dobra com precis\u00e3o. Quando o metal se dobra, n\u00e3o se limita a dobrar - estica ligeiramente. Sem ter em conta a toler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 dobragem, as pe\u00e7as acabadas seriam demasiado curtas.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por outro lado, o racioc\u00ednio dedutivo \u00e9 o conceito oposto. \u00c9 a quantidade de comprimento que se subtrai ao comprimento total do plano devido \u00e0 curvatura.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o correta destes n\u00fameros garante que a sua pe\u00e7a final corresponde exatamente ao seu desenho ap\u00f3s a dobragem. Evita erros, desperd\u00edcio de metal e retrabalho desnecess\u00e1rio.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dist\u00e2ncias de furos e ranhuras<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de furos ou ranhuras demasiado perto de curvas pode deformar ou enfraquecer a pe\u00e7a. O metal \u00e0 volta de uma curva estica-se e comprime-se. Esta tens\u00e3o afecta os furos pr\u00f3ximos, fazendo com que se deformem ou fiquem com uma forma oval.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Uma boa regra \u00e9 colocar orif\u00edcios ou ranhuras a uma dist\u00e2ncia de, pelo menos, duas a tr\u00eas vezes a espessura do metal da linha de dobragem. Por exemplo, se a sua chapa met\u00e1lica tiver 1 mm de espessura, coloque os orif\u00edcios a pelo menos 2-3 mm de dist\u00e2ncia de qualquer dobra.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>O cumprimento desta orienta\u00e7\u00e3o evita a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o e assegura o alinhamento correto das pe\u00e7as durante a montagem.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprimento m\u00ednimo da flange<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/sheet-metal-flange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">flange<\/a> \u00e9 uma aresta dobrada para refor\u00e7ar pe\u00e7as ou fornecer pontos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o. Se uma flange for demasiado curta, ter\u00e1 dificuldade em dobr\u00e1-la com precis\u00e3o. Pode at\u00e9 enfraquecer a pe\u00e7a ou causar imprecis\u00f5es durante o fabrico.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Um comprimento m\u00ednimo seguro da flange \u00e9 geralmente quatro vezes a espessura do metal e o raio de curvatura. Por exemplo, se o metal tiver 1 mm de espessura e o raio de curvatura for de 2 mm, a flange deve ter, pelo menos, 6 mm de comprimento (4 \u00d7 1 mm de espessura + 2 mm de raio).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>As flanges mais compridas facilitam a dobragem e melhoram a resist\u00eancia da pe\u00e7a. Garante que as suas pe\u00e7as se ajustam e funcionam corretamente no mundo real.<\/p><h2> <\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retorno el\u00e1stico e como compensar<\/h3><h2> <\/h2><p><a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/springback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Primavera de volta<\/a> \u00e9 quando o metal tenta voltar \u00e0 sua forma original depois de ser dobrado. \u00c9 comum em quase todos os metais. Refor\u00e7a as arestas e torna-as mais seguras de manusear, removendo as arestas afiadas. Uma bainha t\u00edpica tem duas fases: dobrar num \u00e2ngulo de 30-45 graus e depois dobrar totalmente o metal sobre si pr\u00f3prio.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>O jogging cria duas curvas opostas pr\u00f3ximas umas das outras, formando um \"degrau\". Ajuda a unir duas sec\u00e7\u00f5es de chapa met\u00e1lica de forma nivelada sem sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o. As curvas jog requerem um espa\u00e7amento suficiente entre as curvas para evitar deforma\u00e7\u00f5es. Mantenha um espa\u00e7amento de pelo menos duas vezes a espessura do metal.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>As curvas de desvio deslocam uma parte da chapa met\u00e1lica para o lado, formando superf\u00edcies paralelas mas deslocadas. Estas dobras ajudam as pe\u00e7as a encaixarem-se com precis\u00e3o, como em suportes ou placas de montagem.
