Esta medi\u00e7\u00e3o inclui tanto o <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/sheet-metal-bend-radius-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raio de curvatura (R)<\/a> e a espessura do material (T).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Se esta dist\u00e2ncia for insuficiente, a prensa dobradeira n\u00e3o pode criar fisicamente a geometria sem resultar em pe\u00e7as de refugo.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A F\u00edsica: Porque \u00e9 que o limite existe\uff1f<\/h2><p> <\/p><p>Para compreender por que raz\u00e3o existe um comprimento m\u00ednimo, temos de analisar o processo de fabrico padr\u00e3o utilizado no fabrico de precis\u00e3o 90%: Dobragem a ar.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Na dobragem a ar, a chapa met\u00e1lica \u00e9 colocada em cima de uma matriz inferior, que tem normalmente uma abertura em forma de V. Sem esta paragem f\u00edsica, o operador tem de posicionar a pe\u00e7a a olho nu, tornando imposs\u00edvel uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa consistente.<\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A vari\u00e1vel cr\u00edtica: Largura da matriz<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A largura da abertura da matriz em V n\u00e3o \u00e9 arbitr\u00e1ria; \u00e9 selecionada com base na espessura do material (T).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A pr\u00e1tica normal da ind\u00fastria dita que a abertura da matriz em V \u00e9 tipicamente 6 a 8 vezes a espessura do material.<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para uma chapa com 2,0 mm de espessura, a loja utilizar\u00e1 provavelmente uma matriz em V com 12 ou 16 mm de largura.<\/li> <li>Para que a dobra seja bem sucedida, a flange deve ser suficientemente longa para abranger pelo menos metade dessa abertura em V (V\/2), mais uma margem de seguran\u00e7a.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Esta rela\u00e7\u00e3o geom\u00e9trica - entre a espessura do seu material e a largura da ferramenta necess\u00e1ria para o dobrar - \u00e9 a base de todas as f\u00f3rmulas de flange m\u00ednima. Algumas fontes afirmam que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter um flange t\u00e3o curto quanto 1,5 vezes a espessura do material (1,5T). Entretanto, o seu fabricante provavelmente insiste em 4 vezes a espessura (4T).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Porque \u00e9 que existe uma diferen\u00e7a t\u00e3o grande? A resposta est\u00e1 no m\u00e9todo de dobragem espec\u00edfico utilizado: <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/air-bending-vs-bottom-bending\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Flex\u00e3o de ar versus fundo<\/a>. Compreender esta distin\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a chave para conceber pe\u00e7as que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas poss\u00edveis, mas tamb\u00e9m econ\u00f3micas.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Permite-lhes utilizar uma gama padr\u00e3o de V-dies dispon\u00edveis em qualquer m\u00e1quina.<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Cen\u00e1rio:<\/em> Se desenhar at\u00e9 ao limite absoluto (1,5T) e a ferramenta de aperto espec\u00edfica da oficina estiver danificada ou a executar outro trabalho, a sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00e1ra.<\/li> <li><em>Cen\u00e1rio:<\/em> Se a conce\u00e7\u00e3o for 4T, o operador pode mudar para uma matriz ligeiramente mais larga, se necess\u00e1rio, para manter a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em movimento, salvaguardando o seu prazo de entrega.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A abordagem \"te\u00f3rica\" (a regra de 1,5T)<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Se consultar textos de refer\u00eancia de engenharia como o <em>Manual de M\u00e1quinas<\/em> ou consultar cat\u00e1logos de ferramentas espec\u00edficos, ver\u00e1 frequentemente valores muito mais curtos.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A f\u00f3rmula:<\/p><p> <\/p><p>L\u2098\u1d62\u2099 \u2248 1,5 \u00d7 T a 2,0 \u00d7 T<\/p><p> <\/p><p>O custo oculto:<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Esta regra aplica-se tipicamente ao Bottoming (ou Coining) e n\u00e3o \u00e0 dobragem por ar normal. Na dobragem por baixo, o pun\u00e7\u00e3o pressiona a chapa at\u00e9 \u00e0 parte inferior da matriz em V, prendendo a estrutura do material. Como a chapa est\u00e1 fisicamente presa entre o pun\u00e7\u00e3o e a matriz, n\u00e3o precisa de abranger toda a largura da abertura em V para se manter est\u00e1vel.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>No entanto, o recurso a esta regra introduz riscos e custos significativos:<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Picos de tonelagem:<\/strong> A dobragem por baixo requer at\u00e9 5 vezes a tonelagem da dobragem por ar. Muitas prensas dobradeiras el\u00e9ctricas ou h\u00edbridas de precis\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o concebidas para esta carga elevada e cont\u00ednua.<\/li> <li><strong>Desgaste de ferramentas:<\/strong> A alta press\u00e3o acelera o desgaste do pun\u00e7\u00e3o e da matriz, levando a \u00e2ngulos inconsistentes ao longo do tempo.<\/li> <li><strong>Incompatibilidade de processos:<\/strong> Se uma loja tentar dobrar a ar o seu desenho de 1,5T porque n\u00e3o tem a tonelagem necess\u00e1ria para o fazer, a pe\u00e7a falhar\u00e1. Escorregar\u00e1 para dentro do molde, resultando num lote de sucata.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O veredito<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A \"Regra 1.5T\" \u00e9 teoricamente poss\u00edvel, mas operacionalmente dispendiosa e arriscada. A \"Regra dos 4T\" \u00e9 conservadora, fi\u00e1vel e barata.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A regra de ouro da DFM:<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Sempre que poss\u00edvel, projecte utilizando a regra Conservadora (4T). S\u00f3 recorra ao limite te\u00f3rico (1,5T) se o projeto o exigir absolutamente e esteja preparado para poss\u00edveis reac\u00e7\u00f5es negativas ou custos de ferramentas mais elevados por parte do seu fornecedor.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dobrar o que n\u00e3o pode ser dobrado: Vari\u00e1veis e solu\u00e7\u00f5es alternativas<\/h2><p> <\/p><p>Antes de se comprometer com uma flange curta, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio compreender como a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do material e os \u00e2ngulos de curvatura alteram os objectivos do que \u00e9 fisicamente poss\u00edvel.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O fator material: Porque \u00e9 que a nota \u00e9 importante<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Nem todos os metais se comportam da mesma forma sob a prensa. O comprimento m\u00ednimo da flange est\u00e1 diretamente relacionado com o raio de curvatura (R) necess\u00e1rio e o raio \u00e9 ditado pela ductilidade do material.<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Alum\u00ednio 6061-T6 (O desafio da fragilidade):<\/strong> Esta classe aeroespacial comum \u00e9 notoriamente fr\u00e1gil. Se tentar fazer uma dobragem acentuada, ir\u00e1 rachar. Para evitar isso, os fabricantes devem usar um raio de curvatura maior (geralmente 1.5T ou mais). Como nossa f\u00f3rmula \u00e9 L\u2098\u1d62\u2099 = 4T + R, um raio maior exige automaticamente um flange mais longo.<\/li> <li><strong>Alum\u00ednio 5052-H32 (A alternativa d\u00factil):<\/strong> Se o seu projeto exigir uma flange apertada, considere a possibilidade de mudar para 5052. \u00c9 mais macio e pode suportar um raio mais apertado sem rachar, permitindo um comprimento m\u00ednimo de flange mais curto.<\/li> <li><strong>A\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel:<\/strong> Devido ao elevado limite de elasticidade e ao significativo \"retorno el\u00e1stico\", o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel requer frequentemente uma dobragem excessiva para atingir o \u00e2ngulo final. Este curso mais profundo pode exigir uma matriz em V mais larga para evitar exceder os limites de tonelagem da ferramenta, o que, por sua vez, aumenta o comprimento necess\u00e1rio da flange.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O fator \u00e2ngulo<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A maior parte dos guias de conce\u00e7\u00e3o assumem uma curvatura padr\u00e3o de 90\u00b0. No entanto, o \u00e2ngulo de curvatura altera significativamente a f\u00edsica dos pontos de contacto da matriz em V.<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c2ngulos agudos (&lt;90\u00b0):<\/strong> Para dobrar o metal a 30\u00b0 ou 45\u00b0, o pun\u00e7\u00e3o deve deslocar-se mais profundamente na matriz em V. Este curso mais profundo afasta mais a chapa dos ombros da matriz.
