Esta medida ajuda a definir a quantidade de material utilizado na dobra.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Sem o recuo, a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o plana n\u00e3o corresponder\u00e1 \u00e0 pe\u00e7a dobrada final. Por exemplo, se n\u00e3o se fizer o recuo, a dobra pode empurrar a flange demasiado para dentro ou para fora. Tem um impacto direto na quantidade de metal que se estica durante a dobragem.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>\u00c0 medida que o raio de curvatura aumenta, \u00e9 utilizado mais material no arco. Isto significa que o recuo tamb\u00e9m aumenta. Um fator K baixo significa mais compress\u00e3o. Um fator K mais elevado significa mais alongamento. Os metais macios como o alum\u00ednio esticam mais do que os metais duros como o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Isto afecta o raio de curvatura e o fator K. Por conseguinte, o tipo de material altera o recuo, mesmo que a espessura e o \u00e2ngulo permane\u00e7am os mesmos.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por exemplo, a dobragem de alum\u00ednio pode necessitar de um raio interior maior para evitar fissuras. Isto aumenta o contratempo. Ambos s\u00e3o utilizados em conjunto quando se calcula o comprimento plano.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Pode pensar-se da seguinte forma:<\/p><p> <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O retrocesso diz-lhe por onde come\u00e7ar a dobrar<\/li> <li>A margem de curvatura indica-lhe o comprimento que a curvatura ir\u00e1 ocupar<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de recuo vs. dobra<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>A dedu\u00e7\u00e3o da curvatura \u00e9 utilizada para calcular quanto mais curto deve ser o padr\u00e3o plano do que a soma dos comprimentos dos flanges.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>O recuo faz parte do c\u00e1lculo da dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de curvatura. A f\u00f3rmula de dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de curvatura inclui frequentemente recuos:<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de curvatura = 2 \u00d7 recuo - toler\u00e2ncia de curvatura<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Assim, enquanto o recuo mede a geometria, a dedu\u00e7\u00e3o da curvatura \u00e9 um ajuste final para aplanar uma curvatura 3D num padr\u00e3o 2D. Este m\u00e9todo subtrai o raio da curva.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A f\u00f3rmula passa a ser:<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Recuo interior = R \u00d7 tan(A \u00f7 2)<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Isto \u00e9 mais simples, mas s\u00f3 funciona quando se est\u00e1 a desenhar com dimens\u00f5es interiores.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Se utilizar um software CAD, este utilizar\u00e1 normalmente um ou outro por defeito. Saber qual deles \u00e9 utilizado ajudar\u00e1 a evitar confus\u00f5es.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como utilizar o fator K nos c\u00e1lculos\uff1f<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O fator K n\u00e3o faz parte diretamente das f\u00f3rmulas de recuo. Se alguma delas mudar, o comprimento plano calculado pode estar errado. Manter estes factores sob controlo ajuda a garantir a precis\u00e3o das suas pe\u00e7as.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c2ngulo de flex\u00e3o<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O \u00e2ngulo de curvatura tem um impacto direto no recuo. \u00c0 medida que o \u00e2ngulo aumenta, o material estica-se mais. Isso aumenta o recuo. Uma curva de 90\u00b0 ter\u00e1 um recuo mais pequeno do que uma curva de 135\u00b0 utilizando o mesmo material e raio.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Para cada \u00e2ngulo, o valor da tangente na f\u00f3rmula muda. Isto faz com que a diferen\u00e7a nos recuos seja percet\u00edvel.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raio de curvatura<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>O raio da curva tamb\u00e9m altera o recuo. Um raio maior aumenta o comprimento do arco. Isto estica mais o material. Isto empurra a flange mais para fora e aumenta o recuo.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Os raios mais apertados necessitam de menos material, pelo que o contratempo \u00e9 menor.
