Devido a este g\u00e1s retido, as pe\u00e7as HPDC geralmente n\u00e3o podem ser submetidas a tratamentos t\u00e9rmicos a alta temperatura (como o T6) sem correr o risco de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de bolhas na superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"sand-casting\" class=\"atx\">Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o em Areia<\/h3>\n<p>A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o em areia utiliza um molde de areia descart\u00e1vel formado em torno de um padr\u00e3o. Tem o custo de ferramentas mais baixo e \u00e9 altamente escal\u00e1vel em termos de tamanho da pe\u00e7a, acomodando tudo, desde pequenos suportes a enormes blocos de motor que pesam v\u00e1rias toneladas.<\/p>\n<p>A contrapartida \u00e9 um acabamento superficial rugoso e toler\u00e2ncias dimensionais mais alargadas. \u00c9 utilizado principalmente para prototipagem, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de baixo volume ou pe\u00e7as excecionalmente grandes em que a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas met\u00e1licas seria imposs\u00edvel ou demasiado dispendiosa.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"investment-casting\" class=\"atx\">Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de investimento<\/h3>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m conhecido como fundi\u00e7\u00e3o por cera perdida, este processo utiliza um padr\u00e3o de cera revestido num inv\u00f3lucro de cer\u00e2mica. Uma vez derretida a cera, o alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 vertido no inv\u00f3lucro para formar a pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o por cera perdida produz excelentes acabamentos de superf\u00edcie e toler\u00e2ncias apertadas, e lida excecionalmente bem com cortes internos complexos. Por ser um processo mais lento e com v\u00e1rias etapas, o custo por pe\u00e7a \u00e9 mais elevado, tornando-o adequado principalmente para ind\u00fastrias de alta precis\u00e3o, como a aeroespacial ou a de equipamentos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"gravity-andamp-low-pressure-casting\" class=\"atx\">Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o por gravidade e baixa press\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Em vez de alta velocidade e alta press\u00e3o, estes m\u00e9todos utilizam <a href=\"https:\/\/shengenfab.com\/pt\/gravity-die-casting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gravidade<\/a> ou uma press\u00e3o baixa e controlada (normalmente inferior a 1 bar) para encher o molde.
