Uma boa regra \u00e9 que a espessura da parede deve ser pelo menos 10% da altura da parede para evitar a flex\u00e3o durante a maquinagem.<\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design de uniformes<\/h4><p> <\/p><p>Mantenha a espessura da parede consistente em todo o seu projeto. Espessuras vari\u00e1veis provocam um arrefecimento desigual e podem levar a deforma\u00e7\u00f5es ou tens\u00f5es internas. Os furos profundos s\u00e3o mais dif\u00edceis de maquinar, requerem ferramentas especiais e aumentam o risco de quebra das ferramentas.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Considere a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de prensa de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o antes da maquinagem CNC ou projecte v\u00e1rias configura\u00e7\u00f5es de maquinagem para furos profundos.<\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamanhos padr\u00e3o<\/h4><p> <\/p><p>Utilizar tamanhos de broca padr\u00e3o sempre que poss\u00edvel. Os furos de di\u00e2metro personalizado requerem opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fresagem final, que demoram mais tempo do que a perfura\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o. Os tamanhos fraccionados comuns (1\/8\u2033, 1\/4\u2033, etc.) ou os tamanhos m\u00e9tricos (3mm, 5mm, etc.) simplificam o fabrico.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Para furos de precis\u00e3o, projetar para uma perfura\u00e7\u00e3o ligeiramente subdimensionada seguida de alargamento para a dimens\u00e3o final. Esta abordagem permite um melhor controlo das toler\u00e2ncias.<\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Furos roscados<\/h4><p> <\/p><p>Forne\u00e7a profundidade suficiente para o encaixe correto da rosca nos orif\u00edcios roscados. Uma boa regra \u00e9 1,5\u00d7 o di\u00e2metro da rosca para a\u00e7o e 2\u00d7 para alum\u00ednio ou pl\u00e1stico.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Evite conceber roscas que v\u00e3o at\u00e9 ao fundo dos furos cegos. Deixe espa\u00e7o para a folga das aparas e para o desvio da ferramenta. Adicione pelo menos 1\/2 di\u00e2metro de rosca de profundidade extra sem rosca na parte inferior.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toler\u00e2ncias<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>As toler\u00e2ncias adequadas equilibram as necessidades de precis\u00e3o com os custos de fabrico. Mais apertado nem sempre \u00e9 melhor.<\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toler\u00e2ncias por defeito<\/h4><p> <\/p><p>A maquina\u00e7\u00e3o CNC padr\u00e3o fornece normalmente toler\u00e2ncias de \u00b10,125mm (\u00b10,005\u2033) sem aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial. As toler\u00e2ncias mais apertadas aumentam drasticamente os custos. Especifique toler\u00e2ncias apertadas apenas em carater\u00edsticas cr\u00edticas, n\u00e3o em toda a pe\u00e7a.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Para pe\u00e7as de encaixe, concentrar os requisitos de toler\u00e2ncia nas superf\u00edcies de interface e n\u00e3o em componentes inteiros. Esta abordagem direcionada melhora o ajuste, mantendo os custos razo\u00e1veis.<\/p><p> <\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acabamento da superf\u00edcie<\/h4><p> <\/p><p>Os requisitos de acabamento da superf\u00edcie afectam a estrat\u00e9gia e o tempo de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o. As opera\u00e7\u00f5es CNC padr\u00e3o produzem acabamentos de superf\u00edcie de 3,2\u03bcm Ra ou melhor. Os acabamentos mais suaves requerem opera\u00e7\u00f5es de acabamento adicionais e um custo acrescido.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Especificar o acabamento da superf\u00edcie apenas quando necess\u00e1rio.
