Questo \u00e8 l'orientamento pi\u00f9 forte possibile e consente di ottenere raggi pi\u00f9 stretti senza compromettere il pezzo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il compromesso a 45 gradi per i layout complessi<\/h3>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Gli ingegneri si trovano spesso di fronte a un dilemma: cosa fare se un pezzo (come un involucro di una scatola) deve essere piegato in pi\u00f9 direzioni perpendicolari? Non \u00e8 possibile piegare in senso trasversale per ogni flangia.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La soluzione:<\/strong> Rotate the flat pattern layout by 45 degrees relative to the sheet&#8217;s grain.<\/li>\n \n<li><strong>L'economia:<\/strong> While nesting parts at a 45-degree angle might slightly reduce the raw material yield (how many parts fit on a single sheet), it virtually eliminates the scrap rate associated with cracked longitudinal bends.
